IDB’s PbR Achievements – Explainer video

This project involved producing an animated explainer video for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to introduce Results-Based Budgeting (PbR) in public management. I was responsible for the creative direction, animation, and voice talent management, ensuring a polished and engaging result.

The video explains how PbR improves public management by linking budgets to outcomes, prioritizing citizen needs, monitoring performance, evaluating spending efficiency, and promoting accountability.
