IDB – What is PbR? – Explainer video

This project involved creating an explainer video for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) on Results-Based Budgeting (PbR). I was responsible for the creative direction, animation, and voice talent management to produce an engaging and informative video. The video highlights how PbR links budgets to outcomes, prioritizes public needs, monitors performance, evaluates spending quality, and enhances accountability. With clear animations and professional narration, it effectively simplifies complex concepts for a broad audience.
